The challenge
North Bar Engineer's reputation grew on technical work and word-of-mouth referrals, but the firm's web presence didn't reflect that craft. Initial enquiries arrived through fragmented channels — email, phone, occasional social — with no consistent way to capture project requirements or follow up systematically.
What we did
8Caps designed and built a positioning-led marketing site on Next.js with content that speaks to commercial and residential clients alike. Behind the brochure, a Supabase-backed enquiry capture funnels new leads into a single workflow, with Make.com automation acknowledging each enquiry, tagging by project type, and pushing the data into the practice's intake process.
