What the price covers

One payment for the build. The only running costs are third-party fees, in your name, at cost.

Everything listed in your package, as set out in your written scope
Changes within that scope until you're happy, on a private preview link
Hosting and domain set up in your name, so you own the accounts
A walkthrough at handover, so you know how it works
Fixes for 30 days after handover if something doesn't work as agreed
Ownership of what we built, once the invoice is paid

Not included

Features outside the agreed scope (we price them in writing first)
Changes or support after the 30-day fix window (priced per job, no subscription)
Photography, and copywriting beyond helping you with the words
Third-party fees: domain, hosting, software and AI usage (see below)

Running costs after handover

Paid by you, straight to each provider. We don’t mark them up, and your written scope gives the exact figures before you agree.

About the founding price

We’ve shipped 20+ projects since 2022, each quoted individually. Now weeach quoted individually. This autumn we turned thersquo;ve turned the work small businesses ask us for most into three fixed packages. They’re new, so the first five businesses to take one get it for £495 while we build case studies for them.

When it ends: When five scopes are agreed, or on 31 March 2027, whichever comes first

Pricing questions

What does fixed price actually mean?

We agree the scope and the price in writing before any work starts. That number is what you pay. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, we price it separately before doing it.

When do I pay?

Not until you're happy. We build it, you review it, and we make changes within the agreed scope until it's right. Then we send an invoice, and once it's paid we hand everything over.

What if I'm not happy with it?

Tell us what's not right and we'll fix it, within the scope we agreed in writing. If you decide not to go ahead at all, you don't pay and we don't hand anything over.

Is there a limit on changes?

Changes within the agreed scope are included until you're happy. New features outside it are priced separately, and only go ahead if you say yes.

Why is it £495?

The packages are new, so £495 is a founding price for the first five businesses to agree a scope on one, until 31 March 2027 at the latest. If you need more than the standard package, we tell you the price in writing before any work starts, and you can say no.

Who owns what you build?

You do, once it's paid. It's built for your business, and your data is yours from the start.

Do you only work with businesses in Yorkshire?

No. We work with small businesses across the UK.
