Castle Sunset is a high-end beachfront holiday let where the average guest expects an instant, personal response — but the owner is one person, and most enquiries come in evenings and weekends from people browsing other listings simultaneously. Slow replies meant lost bookings.

What we did

8Caps deployed a voice and chat AI concierge powered by Claude that picks up enquiries the moment they land, answers detailed questions about the property, the area, and availability, and qualifies serious bookings into the owner's calendar via Make.com. Response time dropped from hours to seconds; conversion on enquiries climbed.

Guests don't wait eight hours for a reply anymore. Even when I'm asleep, the AI handles the first conversation and only nudges me when a serious booking's on the table. Honestly, it's the best hire I've made.
